This was my first time talking to an advisor and I was extremely nervous because it involved some pretty large numbers. Issac was my advisor and he sat down with me and made sure I understood what I was doing and explained it in a way I personally understood. Even afterwards with questions he was quick to email back and went beyond answering my questions. All in all very grateful for him.

It has been a good,if not great experience banking with HSBC Malaysia. They have a very dedicated team be it at their Petaling Jaya, or KL branches. Even the security guards are been trained to assist clients from the moment we step in. The only displeasure is their down time for digintal banking which happens at times.
